1. Collect or Download Form: Obtain the registration form from the school reception counter or submit the online inquiry below.
2. Document Submission: Submit completed admission form along with self-attested copies of the required documents.
3. Student & Parent Interaction: A cordial informal interaction session is scheduled to understand the child's strengths and learning style.
4. Fee Clearance & Enrollment: Complete admission formalities upon confirmation to secure the seat.
Please adhere to the following institutional fee payment guidelines:
Due Date: School fees must be paid on or before the last working day of the respective month.
Mode of Payment: Fees should be paid directly at the school fee counter through Cash, UPI / QR Code, or Net Banking.
Advance Payment: Parents who wish to pay quarterly, half-yearly, or annually in advance are welcome to do so.
Grace Period: A grace period of 10 days is allowed from the due date without any penalty.
Late Fine: If the fee is not cleared within the grace period, a late fine of ₹50/- per week will be levied until full payment is made.
Consecutive Delay: For delays exceeding 30 days, an additional administrative surcharge of ₹200/- per month will be applicable.
Notice to Parents: If fees remain unpaid for 2 consecutive months, a formal written notice / SMS reminder will be issued.
Striking Off Rolls: If fees remain unpaid for 3 consecutive months, the student's name may be struck off the school rolls without further notice.
Re-Admission: Re-admission is subject to management approval, availability of seats, clearance of all outstanding dues, and payment of a re-admission fee of ₹1,000/-.
Non-Refundable Fees: Admission fee, registration charges, and annual composite charges once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Tuition Fee Adjustment: Tuition fees paid in advance for future months may only be considered for refund/adjustment in exceptional cases upon written application and formal approval by the School Management.
Security Deposit: Caution money / security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded upon submission of original receipt and clearance of all school dues.
Notice Period: Parents intending to withdraw their child mid-session must submit a written application at least one month in advance.
Quarterly Dues: Fees for the entire ongoing quarter must be cleared in full before an application for a Transfer Certificate (TC) can be entertained.
TC Issuance: Transfer Certificates will be issued only after all dues (fees, library books, sports items, identity cards) are cleared and a "No Dues Certificate" is obtained.
Special Activities: Charges for educational tours, picnics, specialized sports coaching, annual function costumes, and external competitive exams are optional and billed separately.
Transport: The school does NOT operate its own transport fleet; parents must make independent conveyance arrangements.
Admit Cards: Admit cards for Half-Yearly and Annual examinations will only be issued to students whose fee accounts are fully settled up to date.
Result & Marksheets: Progress report cards, character certificates, and other official academic records will be withheld until all financial obligations are resolved.
Annual Revision Note: The School Management reserves the right to revise the fee structure annually in accordance with institutional operational costs and applicable government/board guidelines.
