Please adhere to the following fee payment guidelines:

• 1. Payment Schedule & Procedure • Due Date: School fees must be paid on or before the last working day of the respective month. • Mode of Payment: Fees should be paid at the school fee counter by cash or cheque in favor of : “Bright Creation Convent School”. Parents must bring the fee card & collect the fee receipt immediately after payment and keep it safely for future reference.
• 2. Late Fee & Fine Structure If the fee is not cleared by the due date, the following penalty structure will be applicable: • Late Fine: Fees paid after the last working day of the due month will attract a late fine of ₹110/- per month. • Cumulative Fine: If the fee remains unpaid, an additional fine of ₹110/- will be added for every subsequent month the dues are not cleared. • Example: If a fee is 2 months overdue, the fine will be cumulative.
• 3. Defaulters & Re-Admission Policy • Non-Payment for 3 Months: If school fees are not paid for three consecutive months or more, the student’s name will be automatically struck off the school rolls. • Discretionary Continuation: Continuation of the student in the school after their name has been struck off will be entirely at the discretion of the Principal. • Re-Admission Charges: If re-admission is granted, the parent will be required to pay: All pending arrears. • A Re-Admission Fee of ₹2,500/-. • A consolidated Late Fine of ₹300/- per month for the number of months delayed.
• 4. Refund & Adjustment Policy • Non-Refundable: Fees once paid (including Admission Fee, Annual Charges, and Tuition Fee) will neither be refunded nor adjusted under any circumstances, even if the student does not attend a single day of school.
• 5. Mid-Session Withdrawal • 6-Month Liability: In case of a new admission or an existing student being withdrawn in the middle of the academic session, the parent is liable to pay fees for 6 months (including Transport Fee). The Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will not be issued until this amount is cleared.
• 6.Optional & Co-Curricular Charges • Govt. Regulations: As per the U.P. Government Fee Regulations Act, separate fees may be charged for optional, co-curricular, or extra-curricular activities. • Scope: This includes exams, excursions/trips, transport, day boarding, or similar optional amenities offered by the school at any time during the year. • Consent: Such charges will be levied only after taking due consent from the parents as per the provisions of the Act.
• 7. Examination & Document Clearance (No Dues) • Withholding of Results: Students will not be shown their Report Cards or Answer Sheets unless all financial dues are cleared. • Exam Entry: The school reserves the right to deny a student permission to sit for Unit Tests, Annual Examinations, or Board Examinations if the fee account is not up to date. • Transfer Certificate: No Transfer Certificate (T.C.) or birth certificate copies will be released until a "No Dues" certificate is obtained from the Accounts Department. • T.C. Fee: A fee of ₹150/- will be charged for the issuance of a Transfer Certificate.
• The school management reserves the right to revise the fee structure annually.
